CROP BLUE for Colon Cancer Awareness
We are proud to say that we have earned at our firsty crop that was held on March 29, 2008, $2,600.00 for the below
- ALL proceeds ~ 100% ~ from the cost of the crop, donations, classes, make and takes, and Silent Auction are being donated to:
Gastrointestinal Cancer Division, of the Cancer Center at HUMC, NJ; for more research into preventing this disease
Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center;
and a small portion to the fire company for their generous donation of their facilities.
All donations will be in Honor of Sebastiana LaPila and Toniann Carbone
This was our very 1st Crop Blue and more will be coming every March as that is Colon Cancer Awareness Month. So keep checking for upcoming details for our 2009 schedule.
